Products
This is the department where O.M.A.S. manufactures medium and large series of precision parts, mainly produced from strips with a thickness between 0.05 and 1.20 mm.
There is a vast range of blank products (over 600), including connectors, terminals for connections - even with contacts applied in silver alloy - for the electromechanical, electronics, telephony, automotive and household electrical appliance industry, as well as parts for electromagnetic shielding, washers, connecting links, etc.
The materials used in the blanking phase are: bronze, brass, nickel silver, mild and stainless steel, special alloys.
Machines
O.M.A.S. blanking department has 26 automatic presses, including high-speed ones between 15 and 80 tons (Bruderer, Legnani, Ross, etc.) and a welding machine of silver alloy contacts on strip (Intermodern).
